OFFSCRIPT. ("we", "us") is an independent design and development studio based in South Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through off-script.dev, why we collect it and the choices you have. Short version: we only collect what we need to answer you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
01 / Information you give us
When you send a project brief through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required).
- Optionally: your phone or WhatsApp number, brand or company name, the services you are interested in and your budget range.
- The message you write to us.
If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
02 / Information collected automatically
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views, referring sites, country and device type). It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a personal profile. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) for security and to keep the site running.
The site stores small preferences in your own browser (for example, the remembered sign-in for the studio inbox). These never leave your device.
03 / How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss, quote and deliver your project.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your brief.
- To keep internal notes about our conversation so we can serve you well.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
04 / Services that help us
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, who process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, database storage of inquiries and email routing.
- Resend: delivery of the emails we send from contact@off-script.dev.
- Google Fonts: delivery of the typefaces used on the site.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
05 / How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship plus a reasonable period for our records and legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
06 / Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to contact@off-script.dev. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will respond within 30 days.
07 / Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to the studio. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
08 / Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
09 / Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
